• Birdday Party was updated with 15 new levels to celebrate Angry Birds' 3rd anniversary in 2012. These new levels feature the Pink Bird (appearing for the first time in the original Angry Birds), changes in Birds' sprites, and new features like TNT Cakes. These levels have the number '19' for the theme number, so the episode was renumbered accordingly. Also, there is a new hidden golden egg in level 19-14/cake 3 level 14. Also, the update now includes the shaking background when the Black Bird, the White Bird's eggs and TNT crates explode, and when the Orange Bird inflates.

Now, updates unique to Mac and PC. • Mac and PC do not seem to have the new “Rovio Channel” pause screen. • The Episode Selection screen has received a cool new makeover. But as Sal9 reports, the background of the Level Selection screen on Mac is a bit buggy. (We will be sure to tell Rovio about this.) • The Golden Egg page has been changed to match mobile devices.

Great news for Mac and PC users, as Rovio has released the latest update of Angry Birds just in time for the holidays! The Birdday Party (as in, Birthday Party) update launched on iOS devices on December 11th, the second birthday of the app, and features 15 new birthday-themed levels and a new Golden Egg. Birdday Party is the seventh Angry Birds episode. It celebrates its 2nd anniversary of Angry Birds in 2011, its 3rd anniversary in 2012, its 4th anniversary in 2013, and its 6th anniversary in 2015, taking place in a fantasy world filled with candy, birthday cakes, and other sweets, as opposed to the realistic environments seen in previous episodes. The episode is a sugar filled land, like Birdday Party from Angry Birds Classic, but instead much darker with a Halloween atmosphere. Story Ross goes trick or treating at a Halloween world, where there are many candies.
